Ingredients: WHEY protein concentrate (from MILK) (94,7%), cocoa powder (chocolate, chocolate-cherry, chocolate sesame, coconut-chocolate, chocolate-hazelnut, chocolate-orange and gingerbread flavours), citric acid - acidity regulator for the strawberry and raspberry flavours, aromas, maltic acid, sodium carboxymethyl celulose - thickener,  sucralose - sweetener, colour for the banana, vanilla, cookies, pina colada and advocat flavours - beta-carotene, colour for the strawberry and raspberry flavours cochineal red A*, Colour for the peanut butter flavour - ammonia caramel.
Dissolve one portion of the product - 30g (2 scoops) in 200ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Take 3 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving within 1,5h of workout, 3rd serving at bedtime. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving at bedtime.
