C (L-ascorbic acid); niacin (nicotinamide); vit. E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); riboflavin; thiamine (thiamin mononitrate); vit. A (retinyl acetate); folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); biotin (D-biotin); vit. D (cholecalciferol); vit. B12 (cyanocobalamin)]; capsule shell (gelatine; colours – titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, patent blue V); anti-caking agent –magnesium salts of fatty acids.
 
Take a single daily serving - 2 capsules and wash down with 300ml of water, preferably after a meal. Do not use more than 3 months.
