TREC NUTRITION 100% VITAMINS & MINERALS is a complete vitamins and minerals formula for athletes. The product consists of 2 capsules: 100% VITAMINS (red day capsule) and 100% MINERALS (black night capsule).
 
The product contains essential B vitamins, including thiamine, vitamin B6, riboflavin and vitamin B12, which play a fundamental role in energy metabolism and support the function of the nervous system. The product contains vitamins A, C and D, which boost the immune system, and vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress. The magnesium found in the product reduces fatigue and weariness, while iodine and selenium ensure a healthy thyroid. The product is a source of zinc, an important mineral for men, which helps to maintain adequate levels of blood testosterone.

Take a single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule with 300ml of water. Take 1 red capsule after breakfast and 1 black capsule 30 min. before bedtime. Recommended daily portion is 2 capsules (1 red capsule, 1 black capsule).
